Admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Illinois (1982-2008; present status: voluntarily 'Inactive'); and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, (1983-2008). Formerly, served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois, and also having served in Law Enforcement as a fully sworn Police Officer.
